摘要
对引进的西瓜野生资源进行了植物学性状、生物学特性观察,抗性的初步鉴定,不同时期酯酶、过氧化物酶同工酶分析,初步得出:野生型西瓜某些特殊性状的表现有其遗传的物质基础;野生西瓜资源在抗病育种、某些优良性状的利用等方面有着广泛的应用前景。
An observation was carried out on botanic and biologic characteri-stics of the wild watermelon resources introduced, Their resistibilities were pre-liminarily determined, their peroxidases and isoesterases in different growth per-iod analysed. A preliminarily use of them for watermelon breeding was made. Theresults are as follows. Some special characters of wild watermelon have their owngenetic bases; There are wide applicational prospects for wild watermelon resourcesin the aspects of disease-resistant breeding and the use of some fine characters.
