摘要
利用回归正交设计法,定量地分析了柴油机柱塞、出油阀、喷油嘴三偶件的密封性与供油量的关系,建立了数学模型。从而更直观更清楚地了解三偶件的密封性对供油量影响程度的主次关系,也更便于对喷油泵进行调试,使三偶件匹配更加合理。
The relation between the airtightness of the three coupling cases(plunger, oil outlet valve and oil nozzle) and oil supplying quantity in dieselengines has been analysed quantitatively through regression positive cross designingand a mathematical model is suggested. The principle and subordinate factors aff-ecting oil supplying quantity have been made clear, thus the adjustment of fuelinjection pump and the matching of the three coupling cases are made easier.
