摘要
测定了20,35和50日龄AA鸡肝、毛、血中Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Se,Co和Mo的含量及24项血液生理生化指标。结果表明,AA鸡肝中Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Se,Co,Mo的平均含量分别为8.84±0.42,911.12±3.27,4.31±0.19,407.74±I.99.0.25±0.01,0.29±0.01和1.22±0.07 ppm;毛中含量分别为4.67±0.22,48.92±2.24,3.36±0.20,41.05±1.14,0.05±0.01,0.89±0.08和0.16±90.O1ppm;血中含量分别为3.37±0.10,265.65±7.83,1.81±o.09,40.98±1.10,0.09±0.01,1.36±0.05和0.27±0.02ppm.血清GOT和SDH的活性随鸡龄的增长而升高;AKP和AMS活性随鸡龄的增长而下降。毛、肝、血中Cu与Hb,Zn与RBC,Co与LDH虽强正相关;Cu与GOT,Co与AKP则呈强负相关,肝、毛、血中Cu/Zn分别为0.022,0.114和0.082。
The contents of copper (Cu), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), Zinc(Zn), selenium (Se), Cobalt (Co) and molybdenum (Mo) in blood, liverand plume from Arbor Acres (AA) broiler chicks of different age (20,35, 50 d) and 24 physiological and biochemical values of blood were deter-mined. The results showed that the average contents of Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Se, Co,and Mo in the liver from AA chicks were 8.84±0.42, 911.12±3.27, 4.31±0.19,407.74±1.98, 0.25±0.01, 0.29±0.01 and 1.22±0.07 ppm respectively; their cont-ents in plume were 4.67±0.22, 48.92±2.24, 3.36±0.20, 41.05±1.14, 0.05±0.01, 0.69±0.08 and 0.16±0.01 ppm respectively; their contents in blood were 3.37±0.10, 265.65±7.83, 1.81±0.09, 40.98±1.10, 0.09±0.01, 1.36±0.05 and0.27±0.02 ppm respectively. The activities of serum glutamate-oxaloacetate tran-saminase and sorbitol dehydrogenase increased with the chick age, the activitiesof serum alkaline phosphatase and amylase decreased with the chick age.There were significant positive correlations between Cu and Fib, Zn and RBC,CO and LDH, there were significant negative correlations between Cu and GOT,Co and AKP. The rate of Cu/Zn in liver, blood and plume was 0.022, 0.082and 0.114 respectively.
