摘要
测定了考湖杂交绵羊血液中红细胞数等8项生理指标和血钾等无机离子、有机成分以及血清酶总活性等24项生化指标。结果表明,在9月初高温(32～35℃)应激状态下,考湖杂交绵羊的生理生化指标较为稳定,其变化大都在正常值范围内( 2～8),说明该杂交绵羊具有较强的耐热能力。本试验测定值可作为考湖杂交绵羊的血液生理生化常值应用。
8 blood physiological, 16 blood biochemical and 8 serum enzymeindexes of Kaohu crossbred sheep have been determined in early september of hightemperature (32~35 degrees ℃). Most indexes varied within the normal range,indicating that Kaohu crossbred sheep are resistant to high temperature and humi-dity. The values determined in the experiment can be used as conventionals forKaohu crossbred sheep.
