改变目前军队党组织自身建设方式中与使命任务和现实需要不相适应的部分 ,与时俱进创新军队党组织自身建设的方式 ,是全面加强党的建设、提高军队党的领导水平的重要课题。遵循“三个代表”的要求 ,军队党组织自身建设创新应该走依据现实需要确立建设标准、立足自身实际建立“大教育”体系、着眼人的全面发展改进管理方式、借鉴法制经验完善监督机制的路子 ,逐步实现思想理论科学化、组织要素功能化、作风发展良性化的目标要求。

To strengthen the party building in an all-round way, and improve the party's leadership in the army is a tough job. It requires, in the course of the party building in the army, reforming the outdated methods that are contradicto ry to the reality and its responsibility, and exploring the party-building way s continuously. Under the guide of'Three Represents', the party building in the a rmy should take the road --fixing an aim for the party-building based on th e reality, setting up a 'comprehensive education' system on the basis of the pa r ty itself, improving the administration in light of full development of party me mbers, and tightening supervision through legal system -- to come to complem ent its theory, map its functions, and improve its work style.
