浅谈锅炉房的智能化控制

介绍了锅炉房在微机控制下 ,实现二十四小时自动起炉和停炉的工作过程。通过可编程序控制器 ,时间控制装置和传感系统将锅炉房中的各个独立的设备组成一个有机的整体。在无人操作的情况下 ,能够自动的检测系统中各部门水位、炉温、回水温度及工作时间范围。如果检测结果满足起炉条件 ,锅炉就进入工作状态 。

The paper introduces a kind of controllable system for stokeroom in order to realize a procedure for automatic work and rest in twenty-four hours. Programmable Controller, a system of controllable time and a system of sensor, are organized a system for every independent equipment of stokeroom. No man can automaticly examine each part water level, the stoke temperature, the return water temperature and work time. If the monitored result satisfies the work condition, the stoke works, otherwise, it rests.
