阐述了并行工程的理念及并行工程下的集成产品开发团队的概念、组成、管理及信息技术支持 。
In this paper, the theory of CE (concurrent engineering) and the concept, composition, management, IT(informa tiontechnology) for support of IPT(integrated product team) under the concurrent engineering are expounded, and the current situation and direction of organized system of new product for development in the factory are also discussed. To deepen reform for enterprises and improve ability of new product for development in enterprises and competitive ability in market, technical basis is provided.
