摘要
随着我国电力系统的不断发展,电力系统的无功问题及动态电压稳定问题日益凸显。高压大容量新型静止无功发生嚣(static synchronous compensater,STATCOM)是解决上述问题的强有力手段。文中详细地介绍了我国首台±20 Mvar STATCOM工业样机的基本原理、主电路结构、纯水冷却系统、保护控制系统及监测系统。最后介绍了±20 Mvar STATCOM装置的现场运行情况,根据现场记录的数据给出了装置的运行率、计划停运率及强迫停运率,并对装置运行中出现的问题给出了分析。±20 Mvar STATCOM工业样机的开发经验及现场运行经验对高压大容量STATCOM装置的产业化有重要的价值。
The high voltage large capacity new type static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)is an effective tool to solve the problem of power system reactive power and voltage stability. The paper introduces the fundamental theory, electrical scheme, pure water cooling system, protective and control system and monitor system of the first ±20 Mvar STATCOM industrial prototype. Based on field records, the operational rate, planned outage rate, and forced outage rate are given.
