黄石市纺织服装业的发展有先天不足之劣势。所以 ,要发展该产业必须另辟蹊径 ,走创新发展之路。作者站在市财政局工作人员的立场上 ,对发展黄石市纺织服装业提出财政对策。

The development of Huangshi textile clothing industry has its inherent inferior position. Therefore, in order to develop the industry, it must find another way which is to make innovations. On the standpoint as a member in the Bureau of Finance in Huangshi City, the author puts forward some financial countermeasures as to how to develop Huangshi textile clothing industry.
