摘要
企业文化是指一个企业员工共同共有的一套观念、信念、价值和价值行为准则 ,以及由此导致的行为模式。那么 ,纺织服装企业作为一个具有其自身特点的产业 ,其企业文化如何构建 ,作者从理论与实际相结合的高度提出了自己的见解。
Enterprise's culture refers to a set of concept, belief, value and its behavior standard and model, which are accepted by all the staff. Based on theory and practice, the author puts forward his opinions as to how to construct the culture in textile clothing enterprises which have their own characteristics.
