高效液相法测定芪柏养心口服液的丹参素含量

Determination of the Content of Danshensu in Qibai Yangxin Oral Liquor By HPLC

目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定芪柏养心口服液中丹参素含量方法。方法:采用Hy-persil ODS C18柱,150×4.6mm;流动相为:甲醇—0.5％冰乙酸(1:30),检测波长281nm。结果:丹参素钠与其它成分分离效果好,线性关系好,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.4％。结论:用高效液相检测丹参素含量的方法方便而且准确,该质量标准可以很有效的控制芪柏养心口服液的质量。

Objective:Set up the method can be used for the determination of the content of Danshensu in Qibai Yangxin Oral Liquor by HPLC.Method:Column:The Hypersil ODS C18 was used,150×4..mm;Mobile phase:MEOH—0.5％acetic acid(1:30);Detective wavelength: 281nm.Result:Danshensu—Na is seperated from other composition and it has a good linearity(r =0.9999) and the average recovery rate is 99.4％.Conclusion:The method of Danshensu content determined by HPLC is convenient and accurate,This quality standard was capable to effectively control quality of Qibai Yangxin oral liquor.
