紫外分光光度法测定吉非罗齐含量

Content Determination of Gemfibrozil by Utraviolet Sepectrophotomety

目的建立用紫外分光光度法测定吉非罗齐的含量;方法以乙醇为溶剂,采用分光光度法,在276nm测定吉非罗齐含量;结果吉非罗齐在0～219.2μg/ml范围内,其吸收度呈良好的线性,R=0.9999,平均回收率100.1％,RSD为0.36％。结论本法简便快速,结果与药典法基本一致。

Objective:To establish the method to determine the content of Gemfibrozil with Ultraviolet.Spectrophotometry.Method:The Solvent was ethanol Gemfibrozil was assayed by U1- travidet Speetrophotometry.The detective Wave length was 276nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear within the range 0～219.2μg/ml for the Gemfibrozil R=0.9999.The average recovery was 100.1％ and the related standand deviation(RSD)was 0.36%.Conclusions:The method was simply rapid.The resule was identical to that assayed by the method introduced in Pharma- copoeia.
