HPLC法测定降脂灵胶囊中大黄酚的含量

Determination of the Content of Chysophanol in JiangZhiLing Capsules with HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定降脂灵胶囊中决明子的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,流动相为甲醇—1％磷酸(85:15),检测波长为254nm。结果:大黄酚在0.2～1.0mg之间呈良好线性关系(γ=0.9993),回收率为97.10％,RSD％=2.18％。结论:该方法简便、准确、可行,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of Chryso- phanol in JiangZhiLing Capsules.Methods:The detecting conditions of HPLC were as follows:C_18 column;mobile phase,Meth—1％H_3PO_4 (85:15);detecting wavelength 254nm.Results:The cali- bration curve revealed linearity in the range of 0.2～1.2μg(γ=0.9993).The recovery was 97. 1％,RSD=2.18％.Conclusion:This detecting method is simple,rapid and satisfactory in repeata- bility,and can be used for quality control of JianZhi Ling Capsules.
