Color Control of Lactic Acid Ciprofioxacin Injection

目的:探讨影响乳酸环丙沙星注射液颜色的因素。方法:配制不同PH值和含Fe^3+的乳酸环丙沙星注射液,在430nm处测吸收度,观察,乳酸环丙沙星注射液的颜色变化。结果:PH在4.5～5.5之间且Fe^3+<0.7μg·ml^-1时,颜色符合规定。结论:PH在4.5～5.5之间且Fe^3+<0.7μg/ml^-1且加入EDTA时,乳酸环丙沙星注射液颜色可控制在规定标准内。

Object:Research the factor that color control of lactic acid ciproflowxacin Injec- tion.Method:Take lactic acid Ciprofloxacin injection with different PH and Fe^3+,test the ab- sorbance at 430mm.Observe the color change of lactic acid ciprofloxacin injection.Result:PH be- tween 4.5～5.5,and Fe^3+<0.7μgml^-1,the color is satisfied.Conclusion:When PH between 4.5 ～5.5,Fe^3+<0.7μgml^-1 and add EDTA,lactic acid ciprofloxacin injection can be controlled within the level.
