Study on Potassium Permanganate Hip Bath Tablets

目的:为制备高锰酸钾坐浴片;方法:以休止角、脆碎度、崩解时限为指标采用全粉末直接压片法优化处方组成;结果:确定了制备高锰酸钾坐浴片的最佳处方工艺;结论:微晶纤维素、硼酸使高锰酸钾坐浴片外观光洁,成型性好。

OBJECTIVE:To prepare potassium permanganate hip bath tablets.METHODS: Use the angle of repose,the friability and collapse time limit as the evaluating parameter to opti- mize potassium permanganate hip bath tablets,with the dust-directed-press-tablets.RESULTS: The optimal prescription of Potassium permanganate hip hathtablets was determined.CONCLU- SION:Minicrystal cellulose and boric acid made Potassium permanganate hip bath tablets appear- ance cleaned and mould quality fine.
