摘要
目的:从行为药理学方面研究咖啡因(灌胃)对觉醒状态大鼠学习记忆行为的影响。方法:本实验采用三门迷路法,以生理盐水作空白对照。结果:咖啡因(8;16mg/kg灌胃)对大鼠学习记忆有明显促进作用(q=6.67,p<0.01;q=6.67,p<0.01)。结论:一定剂量咖啡因促进大鼠学习记忆。
In comparison to the effects of the saline group,We have used the way of the three —panel runway to investigate that of caffeine on learning and memory action of awake freely moving rats in action pharmacology.The oral administration of caffeine dose—dependently(8; 16mg/kg)signficantly enhanced learning and memory(q=6.67,p<0.01,q=6.67,p<0.01).The results demonstrate that orally administered caffeine some dose—dependently enhances learning and memory.
