丹参中脂溶性成分提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Process of Fat-soluble Composition in the Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae

目的研究丹参中脂溶性成分的提取工艺。方法采用乙醇提取,高效液相色谱仪测定含量。结果丹参中脂溶性成分提取最佳工艺为90℃、11倍量、80％乙醇提取90min。

Object:To study the extraction process of fat-soluble composition of the Radix salviae miltiorrhizae Method:adopting the ether extraction,measured content by HPLC.Result: The best extration process of fat-solulde composition in the Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae is 90℃ (temperature),11 times amount,80％the alcohol extraction of 90 mins.
