摘要
本文测定了117名10~12岁男孩在跑台逐级递增负荷实验时的最大吸氧量(VO_2max)和其他相关生理指标.同时还测定了受试者1600m 跑速,5min 台阶负荷心率及身高、体重.经多元逐步回归分析获得三个较精确、简便,可分别在不同条件下使用的 VO_2max 推测方程.
VO_2max was directly determined in 117 heahhy boys,ages 10~12 years,using a treadmill protocol.The treadmill speed was 5. 8km/h.The test started at a 7. 5% grade and with 2. 5% grade increments every 3 min.After the sixth rain the grade increased 2. 5% every 2min.Each boy's speed of 1600 metres track run,tim fifth min HR of a step test(step height 30cm,up and down 30 times/min)and height,weight were observed.The 117 boys were randomly as-
signed to either a test group(N=90) or a cross-validation group(N=27) .Three prediction equations of VO_2max(1/rain)were obtained via stepwise multiple regression procedure from the test group.
