摘要 目的 探讨用原位聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测B细胞系非霍奇金病的意义。方法 用免疫球蛋白重链 (IgH)第三互补决定区引物 ,生物素标记扩增产物直接原位PCR扩增 15例非霍奇金病患儿外周血淋巴细胞。结果  15例非霍奇金病中 ,12例检测到特异性基因重排 ,4例呈现淋巴瘤性白血病 ,治疗后骨髓完全缓解 ,2例间期细胞原位PCR仍显示有IgH基因重排 ,分别于 3个月及 6个月复发。 结论 原位聚合酶链反应检测非霍奇金病不失为一种简单、快速、灵敏的方法 ,并能帮助预测复发。 Objective To study B_cell lineage malign lymphoma by in situ polymerase chain reaction.Methods Adul terate in situ polymerase chain reaction (ISPCR) production with Bio 11 dUTP was applied to amplify DNA fragments of the complementary determining region III (CDR III) of the IgH from the patients with 15 sample malign lymphoma .Results Among 15 newly diagnosed cases of malign lymphoma,12 cases were detected the gene rearrangement of IgH.Two cases completely had remission after treatment, but they still had gene rearrangement, they recrudesced within 6 months.Conclusion In situ polym erase chain reaction is a sensitive method to detect malignant lymphoma , simple and rapid, and it may be helpful in predicting the recrudescence.
