胜利油田自2000年在基层单位推行HSE管理法,积累了许多成功的经验,但由于受传统管理方法的影响,思想和行动的调整受到一定的制约。应该从HSE管理的基础工作入手,促进HSE管理向纵深发展。

Shengli Oil Field Co. had pursued HSE management in its grass roots department since 2000. The enterprise has accumulated a lot of success experiences, but its improvement in the management idea and the action was limited because of restriction of traditional management way. Should take up basic matters of HSE management, in order to pursue it toward depth development.
