香料中间体α-氯代乙基丁基醚的合成

THE SYNTHESIS OF THE PERFUMERY INTERMEDIATE——THE ALPHA CHLOROETHYL BUTYL ETHER

本文报道了香料中间体α-氯代乙基丁基醚的合成与提纯.考察了反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间及溶剂对中间体产率的影响,找到了一种较理想的溶液以排除混在中间体中的氯化氢气体,从而得到α-氯代乙基丁基醚的纯品.

In this paper the synthesis and the purification of the perfumery intermediatethe alpha chloroethyl butyl ether are reported. We studied the effect of reaction substances mixture ratioes,reaction temperatures,reaction time and solvents on the output of the intermediate, and found a satisfactory solution for dividing hydrogen chloride mixed among the intermediate to get the pure product of the alpha chloroethyl butyl ether.
