摘要
本文应用信息论中的Shannon公式表述了群体的基因型熵和表型熵.指出基因型熵是群体混杂度的一个较好测度.群体的基因型熵对基因频率是一个凸函数,群体融合导致基因型熵增加.
Genotypic entropy and phenotypic entropy of populations have been expressed by using Shannon's formula in information theory. It has been suggested that genotypic entropy could be the best measurement to the degree of mixed or of confusion in population (some other parameters which are interrelated to mixed or confusion in population are:entropy of genes, frequency of heterozygote, average time untill fixation or loss of neutral genes in genetic random drift, genotypic variance without dominance, etc). Genotypic entropy which is a convex function against frequencies of genes,will increase when two or more populations are fused.
