摘要
本文通过对案件的深刻剖析,论述了认定合同的依据、广告行为的效力、公司与股东的责任以及公司主体的混同等重要问题并提出了自己的观点。
Based on deep analysis of cases, this paper discusses the basis of contract, the effect of advertisement behavior, the responsibility of corporation and shareholder, the mixture of the main body of corporation and so on and makes some suggestions.
