论高职高专大学生英语听说能力的提高

Discussion on improvement of English hearing and spoken ability of students of higher professional colleges

在高职高专英语教学中要注重打好基础,要遵循"实用为主,够用为度"的原则,正确处理听、说、读、写、译之间的关系,在确保各种语言能力协调发展的同时,特别注重加强听说技能的培养,这样,才能符合高职高专英语课教学《基本要求》的教学目标,培养出更多具备涉外交际活动语言能力的人才。随着现代化教育改革的发展,高职高专院校也向培养实用型,复合型人才方向发展。于是,如何提高高职高专大学生英语实际应用能力,特别是听说实际应用能力的问题备受同行们关注,以下是笔者从事高职高专英语听说教学的几点建议。

English teaching of higher professional colleges should emphasize the basis and follow the principle of emphasis on practice and not exceeding the requirement and correctly manage the relationship between hearing, spoken, reading, writing and translating. All kinds of language ability should mutually be developed and ability of hearing and spoken should be emphasized to attain the objective of meeting the Basic Requirement to cultivate more talents who have the ability to do foreign affairs. With the development of modern education reform, higher professional colleges should cultivate practical and complex talents. How to improve the ability of hearing and spoken and application of students of higher professional colleges has been paid attention to and the author makes some suggestions.
