摘要
本文报道用气相色谱法测定肥皂中脂肪酸的含量,研究了样品的酯化方法,担体类型及固定液的浓度对分析的影响,采用内标法计算其含量,方法准确,重现性好,相对标准偏差小于1%.
The determination method of fatty acids in soap by gas chromatography is pro-posed in this paper,the effect of esterification of sample.Concentration of stationary liquid andkinds of solid support on the results has been investigated.the samples were determined quantita-tively by internal standard method with the relative standand deviations(RSD)of less than 1 percent,it is of accurate and good reliability.
