Check and evaluation mechanism of goal administration is the highlight of the people. Shanghai public security organ has actively promoted the work of goal administration and set up the system of the check and evaluation of the goal administration. It's made some achievements, but there're also some defects at the same time. We must take in the reasonable content of the traditional administration and the latest achievements of modem administration so as to realize new breakthrough in innovating mechanism.
