上海市公安局自推行“网格化”街面巡逻机制以来,街面治安形势明显好转。为了进一步发挥“网格化”巡逻的作用,必须解决科学用警问题。应根据治安情况的变化,灵活有效地实施勤务布局,随时调整警力布局。还必须提高巡逻民警的单兵作战能力,建立以信息为纽带的上作网络,并严格执行各项工作制度。
Since Shanghai Public Security Bureau adopted the mechanism of 'Reticulation' Street Pairol, the peace order situation on the street has been apparently improved. In order to give a further play of the 'reticulation' patrol, scientific deployment of police must be undertaken. We should flexibly and effectively deploy police force and adjust the police force at any time according to the actual peace order situation. Besides, we must improve the combatant ability of the individual police, set up the working network with information as the link and strictly carry out various working systems.
