Enforcing Law According to the Strict Procedure and Improve Law Enforcement Quality

提高公安机关执法质量具有重要意义。当前执法程序上存在的问题是影响公安机关执法质量的突出因素。为此,应采取领导重视,从硬件和软件上加强公安法制部门的建设;大力加强法制教育培训工作,全面提高公安队伍的法律素质和整体执法水平;建立和完善各种规章制度,规范执法程序;强化执法监督,完善考评机制等措施来提高执法质量。

It's of great importance to improve law enforcement quality. Current problem in law enforcement procedure is a protruding factor to affect law enforcement quality in public security organ. So leaders should place emphasis on the construction of legal section of public security from the viewpoint of both the hardware and software; intensify legal education and training in a broad way, comprehensively improve the legal quality of the police rank and overall law enforcement; establish and perfect various rules and regulations, normalize law enforcement procedure; intensify law enforcement supervision, perfect check and evaluation mechanism in order to improve law enforcement quality.
