Comgbining the times, the writer analyses the narrative wisdom in the novel Diary of a madan with multiple angles on the combination of realism and symbolism, the use of the first person in diary, and the comparison of vernacular Chinese and classical Chinese. This article wants to show Lu Xuns great exploration and contribution at the beginning of neo-literature.
