在确定民办教育重要意义的前提下,通过对中美两国民办(私立)中小学教育起源、演进和发展的历史分期考察,对中美两国民办(私立)中小学教育的产生动因、发展历程及互动关系作了纵向的比较分析。
Attaching great importance to the role of private education. This dissertation inquires into the historical stages of the initiation and development of China-America private primary and High school, and a vertical comparative analysis is made as to the historical back ground system, stages and interactive relationship between these two countries.
