本文分析启祥收购案发生的背景及启祥股东接纳收购方案的动机 。
This paper analyzes the background of Dransfield acquisition case and the motives for the stockholders of Dransfield to accept all conditions described in the acquisition agreement, and anatomizes the implication of this acquisition activity brought about by the financial distress.
