TCP/CP includes a set of general structure and protocol standard, whose hierarchy structure and approach have guiding principles in computer science and engineering fields. From the perspectives of application of theory of hierarchy structure to solving problems, this paper discusses characteristics of hierarchy structure in TCP/IP and the applicable model fitting the structure.
