旋转填充床有效比相界面积的研究 被引量:1

摘要 旋转填充床(RotatingPackedBed简称RPB)是一种新型的传质设备,为研究其传质性能,笔者在旋转填充床上用不同的填料以氢氧化钠水溶液吸收二氧化碳进行快速拟一级化学反应来测定有效比相界面积,研究了旋转填充床选用不同填料时的有效比相界面积与旋转填充床的各种操作条件之间的关系,实验表明随着RPB转速的增大,有效比相界面积增大;随着操作液量增大,有效比相界面积增大。而且由于其独特的操作特性以笔者自制的打孔碟片填料的有效比相界面积为最大。 *'Rotating packed bed(RPB) is a new masstransfer equipment.In order to study its masstransfer property,we adopted NaOH solution absorbing CO2 to measure effectivemasstransfer phaseinterfacial area in different condition.Correlativity of effective phaseinterfacial area of rotating packed bed and rotating packed bed's operation condition was studied.The results show that if the rotate speed of RPB be increased,the effective phaseinterfacial area of rotating packed bed will increase and if the fluid flux of RPB be increased,the effective phase interfacial area of rotating packed bed will in crease.Of all filling,the stilettodish filling has the highest effectivemasstransfer phaseinterfacial area.
