STUDY OF TRIAL PRODUCTION FOR SYNTHESIS OF VANILLIN BY ONE-STEP OXIDATION METHOD

研究了4 甲基愈创木酚一步氧化法合成香兰素的新工艺。中试结果表明,在最佳反应条件下,反应转化率>99%,选择性92.4%,产品收率为84.1%。

*'A new method of synthesis of Vanillin from 2methoxy4methyl phenol was studied.The results of trial production showed that the percentage conversion was over 99%,the selectivity was 92.4%,the yield of vanillin was 84.1% under the optimum conditions.
