摘要
在2种不同的基质沥青中加入聚合物SBS制备改性沥青,通过在140、163和180℃3个温度下的离析试验,考察了加入相同质量分数的SBS后,改性沥青的储存稳定性。对改性沥青的评价发现w(SBS)小于5%时改性沥青的稳定性较好。通过在不同温度下的48h离析试验考察了加入相同剂量的SBS后改性沥青的储存稳定性,发现沥青在低温时的储存稳定性优于高温时的储存稳定性。通过对改性沥青储存稳定性的机理讨论发现,在高温下由于改性沥青内部有较强的分子热运动,导致聚合物的微小颗粒与基质沥青的相容性变差,使SBS聚合物与沥青之间有离析现象发生。
Modified asphalts were prepared by adding polymerized SBS to two kinds of different base asphalts.The storage stability of the asphalts was investigated by isolation test at 140 ,163 and 180 ℃ after adding the SBS of the same mass ratio.The evaluation of the modified asphalts show that the stability is better when the adding ratio of w(SBS) is less than 5%. With the isolation test for 48 h at different temperature,the storage stability of modified asphalts was investigated by adding the same dosage of SBS.It is found that the storsge stability is higher at low temperature than high temperature.The compatibility between the polymer particles and base asphalts is less due to the molecule thermal movement resulting the isolation between SBS and base asphalts.
