FCC汽油加氢异构化催化剂的制备及降烯烃反应研究 被引量:7

摘要  制备了不同Pt质量分数的Pt/HZSM-5双功能FCC汽油加氢异构化催化剂,在活性趋于稳定的双功能催化剂上,利用连续流动微反-色谱装置,进行了催化裂化汽油加氢异构化反应的研究。在250~330℃,1.0~3.0MPa反应条件下,考察了催化汽油加氢异构化反应产物分布,按单分子反应机理,建立了催化裂化汽油中烯烃加氢异构化反应网络。结果表明,当w(Pt)>0.33%时,Pt/HZSM-5双功能催化剂具有较好的加氢和异构活性,在保证辛烷值不下降的条件下,可使催化裂化汽油中烯烃加氢饱和,达到降低汽油烯烃和提高安定性的目的。 :Pt/HZMS-5 bifcenctional catalyst of FCC gasoline hydrosomerization was prepared.The study on FCC gasoline hydroisolation was made in a continuous flow microreactor by using the stabiliztion bifunctional catalyst.The distribution of the product was investigated under the conditions of 250~330 ℃ and 1.0~3.0 MPa.The reaction network of FCC gasoline hydroisolation of olefine in FCC gasoline was set up.The result shows that Pt/ HZMS-5 bifunctional catalyst has good activity for hydrogenation and isomerization under the condition of w(Pt)>0.33%.The hydrogenation of olefine in FCC gasoline can saturately be hydrogenated to achieve low content of olefine in the gasoline and increase the stability of FCC gasoline without octane number being decreased.
