摘要
考察了几种液体和固体酸催化剂的酯化反应性能,筛选出合成乙酸乙酯反应性能较好的固体酸分子筛催化剂SBA-15-SO3H。对该催化剂的反应性能进行研究,重点讨论了反应温度,醇酸配料比、反应时间、催化剂加入量等因素对酯化反应结果的影响。得到最佳操作条件为:反应温度100℃,醇酸摩尔比为1,反应时间3~4h,催化剂的用量为每摩尔乙酸0.2g。催化剂的重复使用结果认为该催化剂具有较好的稳定性,SBA-15-SO3H分子筛催化剂是替代液体酸合成乙酸乙酯的理想固体酸催化剂。
The esterification performance of several kinds of liquid and solid acid catalyst was investigated.SBA-15-SO3H,a better solid acid sieve catalyst,was screened for the synthesis of ethyl acetate.The performance of the catalyst was studied and the effect of reaction temperature,ratio of ethanct to acetic acid,reaction time and the quantity of the catalyst were emphatically studied.The optimal reaction temperture was 100 ℃,n(Pe)/n(EtA)=1,the ratio of catalyst to reactant was 0.2 g/mol(acetic acid),reation time was 3~4 h.The result of reusing the catalyst shows that the catalyst has a better stability. SBA-15-SO3H sieve catalyst is a good solid acid catclyst instead of liquid acid catalyst for synthesis of ethyl acatate.
