摘要  HoneywellDCS系统Scan3000/S9000系统是一个中、小规模的过程控制系统,利用该系统组成小型局域网,实现了对12套加氢裂化装置的管理和控制。该系统可多达20个操作站,特点是具有服务器冗余结构,任何操作站均可对全部装置控制管理,操作系统稳定,设有自动声音报警,自动超温断电保护,具有控制器故障监视功能。该系统在设计上采用了一些特殊方法,从而完成电子称数据采集,PID时间比例控制,报表等功能。并考虑了实时数据库系统的实现,该系统是一个稳定可靠的加氢裂化装置控制系统。 DCS system Honeywell Scan 3000/S9000 is suitable for the medium to small-scale control system. The system has been used for the 12 sets of hydrocrack pilot plant. The built system with Scan 3000/S9000 is able to connect up to 20 stations. Its main properties are: configuring a backup scan 3000 server as a redundant server; all pilot plants could be operated at one of any station; horn and light acted and turn off the furnace power supply automatically as temperature beyond the alarm limit; watching and monitoring controller failure by a watching dog circuit. Also some special methods were applied to collect Toldo scale data, implement PID to time-proportional control and set up report output. Finally the paper introduced to a real-time data base design, which collect and store all real-time data from the 12 pilot plants. It is a reliable control system for hydrocrack pilot plant.
