摘要
轮轴车间办公自动化系统(简称LZMIS)以车间服务器为中心,通过网络将铁路货修轮轴车间各个工作岗位连接在一起,使得各岗位采集的数据可以共享,同时也避免了以前手工报表的不便,从而实现办公自动化。介绍了LZMIS的功能及各模块的设计方法,并详细介绍了如何设计轮轴存储库的存取规则,从而使得机器手在存储轴承时移动距离最少,同时可以保证在选配轴承时可以避免轴承"饿死"。另外介绍了通过ODBC接口将车间数据上报给段一级服务器的设计方法以及如何与组态软件通讯,从而可以控制机器手正常工作。
Centralizing round the workshop server, LZMIS links all of the posts so that another one can share the data gathered by a post. The system also avoids the discommodity brought by handwork. It was introduced that the function of LZMIS and the architecture of the axle workshop OAS. For reducing the movement of robot and avoiding the axle being starvation, an access rule to axle storeroom was designed. At last, it was introduced that by ODBC how to interface to configure software that can control the work of robot.
