摘要
采用硅烷温水交联法,通过在不同交联温度、不同交联时间等条件下测定材料的性能,选择出最佳的工艺参数,制备了新型的阻燃硅烷交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘材料。所制得的材料具有简便的加工工艺和优良的性能,改善了原用非交联聚乙烯电缆额定工作温度低、力学性能差的状况。
By means of the cross-linking polyethylene with organo silane in warm water the material performance was deler-mined under the different cross-linking temperature and different cross-linking time to choose the optimum technological parameters and a new type of flame-resistant organosilane cross-linked PE cable insulating material was prepared. The material obtained has simple and convenient process technique, excellent performance. It also improves the disadvantage of low rated working temperature and poor mechanical performance of the origina cables of non-cross-linking PE.
