“诚信”是中国传统伦理道德中最重要的基本规范之一。其基本内涵包括三个方面:“诚信”是个人立身处世,加强道德修养的基本原则;是人与人交往的基本准则;是治理国家的基本准则。继承和发扬中国传统“诚信”思想中的精髓,对于加强以“诚信”为中心的行政道德建设,具有重要的意义。

Honesty'is one of the most important basic principles of the Chinese traditional morality. It basically contains the followings three aspects:'Honesty' is the basic criteria for people to behave and to improve personal morality;It is the basic criteria for personal interactioh;It is the fundamental criteria to national administration. It is significant to strengthen the construction of administrative morality based on 'Honesty' that heritage and spread the essence of the china traditional 'honesty'.
