中美价值观的差异对人权问题的影响

Influences of different values of China and America on the issue of human rights

由于中美两国在价值观上的差异,因此在人权的概念、人权与主权的关系以及人权标准是否具有普遍性等问题上有着很大的分歧,导致人权问题成为了中美之间最突出最有争议性的问题之一。对此,中美必须以双方在其他重要领域的共同利益为重,在人权问题上从对抗走向对话,在尊重对方价值观的基础上做出切实有效的努力,消除彼此由于价值观差异造成的猜疑,建立起相互信任全面合作的关系。

Because of having different values between the China and the America, there are some divergences on the concept of human rights, the relations between the human rights and the sovereignty, and the universality of the human right's standards. So the issue of human rights has become the one of the disputed and outstanding problems between the China and America. The two country must pay most attention to the common benefits, advance toward cooperate from antagonism, respect the values each other, in order to develop the trustful relations in full scale.
