论县域经济民营化——以湖北省为例

On Private Capital in County Area Economy ——is regarding Hubei Province as the example

本文以分析多年来湖北省县域民营经济发展为例,认为民营化是县域经济振兴发展的重要途径,并且在客观上也符合社会主义市场经济发展的规律和要求,关键是要以中小企业改革为突破口,解放思想,创新体制,全力推进县域经济的民营化进程,激发县域经济的发展活力。

This paper takes the many years' experience from the economic development of the county areas in Hubei province as the example to illustrate that private capital economy is the important approach of developing county area economy and objectively fits in with the laws and requirements from the development of the socialist market economy-the key point is to take the reform of small-sized and middle-sized enterprises as jhe breakthrough,to liberate the thought,to create the new system, to fully put forward the process of private capital economy in the county area and to stimulate the vitalities of developing the county area economy.
