某铝厂建设项目职业病危害预评价

The Pre-assessment of Occupational Disease Hazard in the Construction Project for an Aluminium Plant

目的 识别、评价、控制建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素 ,防治职业病 ,保护劳动者健康 ,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供科学依据。方法 选择与建设项目类似的工程进行类比调查 ,采用检查表法、类比法与定量分级法相结合的原则进行评价。结果 该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定 ;生产过程中可能产生粉尘、毒物、噪声、高温、热辐射、放射性物质等主要职业病危害因素 ;属于严重职业病危害的建设项目。结论 该项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的 。

Object To identify, assess and control the occurrence of possible occupational disease hazard factors in this construction project for control of occupational diseases and protection of the workers health. To provide scientific evidence for the inspection by health administrative departments on this constructive project.Methods Analogizing was used by selecting a factory which is similar with this constructive project. The assessment is proceeded by using combination of principle of checklist, analogizing and quantitative classification methods.Results This constructive project' items including the selection of site, the overall layout, the arrangement and layout of the facilities, occupational disease prevention and protection measures, the facilities of auxiliary rooms, etc are conformed with the requirements of laws and legislation of occupational health. The main occupational hazard factors that may exist in this constructive project are: dusts, poisonous chemicals, noise, high temperature, heat radiation and radioactive hazards, etc. Based on the survey and the relative regulation, this constructive project was classified as severe occupational hazards.Conclusion The occupational hazards which possibly present in the productive process of this project can be prevented. From the view of occupational health, this constructive project is feasible.
