It is necessary to train normal university students'skills of teaching, which represents the nature of teaching in pedagogic education,and to train students'teaching skills in the form of microteaching is also possible.It is advised to explore enthusiastically the model and evaluation method of teaching skills training and understand well the orientation of the research.
