摘要
本文通过对中、东、西部经济的比较分析,找出西部开发的优势和劣势,在扬优抑劣的基础上,提出了进一步开发西部的构想。
Through comparative analyses of the economic development in the east,middle and west parts of this country,this paper reveals the advantages and disadvountages in the development of the West.Based on the principle of developing advantages and avoiding disadvantages,we put for-word the conception of further developing the West.
