摘要
本文认为困扰中国农村经济从而困扰整个中国经济健康发展的一个极为重要的因素是农村剩余劳动力问题,因此对我国农村剩余劳动力转移的必要性和途径进行了一些探讨。
This paper suggests that it is the essential problem of rural extra labor force that interferes with China's rural economy and hence the heathy economic development and gives an account of some researches on the necessity of and solations to the transfererne of our country's rural extra labor force.
