To Chinese English learners,negative transfer is an inevitable phenomenon. It appears in different types: phonetics,vocabulary,grammar,and article structure. One of the ways to avoid negative transfer is to explore the similarities and differences between Chinese and English,especially the similarities between the two languages,then try to practice in those aspects.
