青年抑郁障碍患者的血浆血小板因子4浓度

Concentration of Plasma Platelet Factor 4 in Young Patients with Depression

目的 :探讨青年抑郁障碍患者是否存在血小板异常激活。方法 :用酶联免疫吸附法测定 5 0例青年抑郁障碍患者和 30例正常青年对照的血浆血小板因子 4 (PF4 )浓度 ,比较二者是否存在差异 ,并探讨抑郁障碍的严重程度与血浆PF4浓度的相关性。结果 :抑郁障碍患者的血浆PF4浓度为 7.6 1± 1.6 2ng/ml,正常对照的血浆PF4浓度为 5 .4 5± 0 .94ng/ml,P <0 .0 1;抑郁障碍的严重程度与血浆PF4浓度没有相关性 (Pearson相关系数为 - 0 .4 8,P >0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective: To investigate if there exists abnormal activation of platelet in young patients with depression.Method: Determination of the plasma level of platelet factor 4 (PF4) of 50 young patients with depression (the average age is 30.00±6.07years) and 30 normal controls (the average age is 28.00±5.12 years) were carried by the method of Enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA). The t test and the Pearson correlation analysis were employed.Results: The plasma level of PF4 of depressed patients was 7.61±1.62 IU/mL and the one of controls was 5.45±0.94 IU/mL, P <0.01; the correlation between PF4 level and depression severity was not found.Conclusion: There exists abnormal activation of platelet in young patients with depression.
