纤维蛋白单体聚合功能及D-二聚体监测在脑损伤中的应用价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :探讨脑损伤病人凝血与纤溶系统的有效监测指标。方法 :检测脑损伤后纤维蛋白单体聚合功能及D 二聚体含量的变化。结果 :①脑损伤病人纤维蛋白单体聚合反应速率 (FMPV)、纤维蛋白原含量 (Fbg)和纤维蛋白原功能指标均高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。②D 二聚体含量显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且随治疗进程呈现出下降趋势。结论 :检测纤维蛋白单体聚合功能及D 二聚体含量的变化为临床治疗提供了依据。 Objective: To explore the efective monitor test of coagulation and fibrinolysis in patient with brain injury.Method: The variations of fibrinogen monomer polymerization function(FMPF) and D D level were examined in patient with brain injury.Results: ①Fibrin monomer polymerization velocity(FMPV),fibrinogen(Fbg) and FMPV/ODmax in patients was higher than the control group( P<0.05 );②Also,the level of D D was raised more significantly than the control group( P<0.01 ).Moreover,it was decreased by the clinical treatment.Conclusion: The examination of FMPF and D D level could provide basis for clinical treatment.
